Flexible Dimensioning System

The iDimension Flex Series brings state-of-the-art dimensioning technology to shipping and logistics professionals. Ensure accurate dimensions on your bill of lading and protect against costly invoice corrections from LTL carriers by integrating automatic dimensioning systems.

The iDimension Flex Series is available in two different configurations: free-standing and suspended. Both versions provide clear access to the dimensioning zone. When the iDimension Flex is installed above a conveyor or pallet stretch wrapper, you can efficiently wrap, weigh and dimension freight in one step. A center sensor can be added to the junction box on iDimension Flex systems to accurately capture dimensions of freight wrapped in black plastic.

Flexible Configuration

The iDimension Flex Series is available with four or five sensors to measure cuboidal or irregular freight. The system can be suspended from the ceiling or be free-standing to meet the needs of your operation. A two-sensor version can also be installed above a conveyor to dimension parcels longer than 48 inches.

Claims Defense

When shipment dimensions are measured, the iDimension Flex also captures color images to record shipment condition before it leaves your facility. These images can then be used to hold freight carriers
accountable for any damages.

Certified Legal for Trade

iDimension Flex systems provide OIML and NTEP Certified Legal for Trade dimensions for best-in-class accuracy. Carriers are less likely to audit freight that is measured with Legal for Trade dimensioners, which increases efficiency in their operations and may lead to savings for shippers.

If you don't want to pay for delivery or need to ASAP, you can pick the item up at one of our five (5) Australian offices. Just bear in mind not all offices will have everything in stock. Please ring our 1300 669 162 number to see if your item is in stock at your local office.

FREE DELIVERY
Most products are included in free delivery, however some are excluded as follows:

- Orders and/or items under $299.
- Orders and/or items that are deemed bulky, large or heavy.
- Clearance items.
- Orders that include or items that are classed as dangerous goods.

Remote areas are excluded from free delivery and you will either be charged delivery at checkout or may be contacted prior to delivery to confirm delivery charges if necessary.

INTERSTATE DELIVERIES
NWI Group reserve the right to change or withdraw free delivery at any time.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
If you opted to collect at a NWI office location you will receive an email to inform you when your goods are ready for collection.

If you opted for delivery, you will receive an email when the goods have been despatched to the couriers with details so you can track our order.
We aim to despatch all orders within 1-2 business days. In the unusual event of a delay to the despatch of your order you will be contacted at the earliest opportunity. Once the order has been despatched the estimated delivery time is as follows:

- - Metro (Excludes Hobart Metro) 1-2 business days
  - Hobart Metro 3-4 business days
  - Regional Areas 3-4 business days
  - Remote Areas 6-9 business days

Please note that these delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

RETURNS
Changed your mind? No worries. You just need to get the product back to the NWI office it was shipped from (this is on your receipt) within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging and we'll give you a refund (excluding delivery costs). Special order items are excluded from this returns policy.
